What You’ll Be Doing

Provide hands-on care and guidance in a safe, supportive home environment
Support young people to achieve their individual goals through personalised care plans
Assist with daily living activities, education, self-care and recreation
Build strong, trusting relationships grounded in encouragement, consistency and emotional safety
Maintain accurate, professional documentation to support quality care

What You’ll Need

Current driver’s licence (minimum P2)
Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Willingness to obtain or currently hold First Aid and CPR certifications
Completed or enrolled in a Certificate IV or Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work or a related field
Experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours, including the ability to respond to escalation, maintain safety, and use trauma-informed and person-centred approaches.
Strong availability across 7 days with the ability to complete a minimum 2 sleepovers a fortnight.
Open to travel between Toowoomba & Warwick programs – Highly regarded.
