We are expanding our team! Pride Prestige is a prestige automotive workshop that specialises in European vehicles with a focus on BMW, Mercedes Benz, Audi, and Volkswagen. We have a full-time position available for a passionate Automotive Service Advisor looking to advance their career.

The Service Advisor is a full-time role (part-time applicants considered) where you will be the crucial link between our valued clients and our highly skilled technicians. This is a key customer-facing role for the right automotive professional who thrives on delivering a premium service experience. Duties will include:
- Be the frontline face of the business — greet and manage customers with confidence
- Take bookings, schedule work, and coordinate with technicians
- Ensuring a superior level of customer service and satisfaction
- Quote, invoice, and follow up with accuracy
- Monitor job progress and keep customers updated throughout the process
- Order and manage parts required for jobs
- Keep the workshop schedule running smoothly — no chaos, no surprises
- Build trust with repeat customers who know they can count on you
To be considered for the role, you will:
- Have previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer service role within the automotive industry - management experience highly regarded
- Ability to work within a team and bring a positive attitude to work every day
- Ideally have a minimum 5 years within the industry
- Have strong computer skills, including email, workshop management software/CRM, and supplier ordering platforms
- Have strong knowledge of workshop operations, parts, and automotive service requirements
- Have a solid and proven technical background in European vehicles (dealership experience is highly regarded)
To be successful in the role, you will:
- Be a confident communicator — professional, friendly, calm under pressure
- Be highly organised with sharp attention to detail
- Have experience in a customer-facing or automotive role (workshop experience highly desirable, not essential)
- Be comfortable using digital tools and workshop software
- Be someone who can multitask, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and keeps standards high
