About the role
Join the Parlour team at QT Sydney as an F&B Attendant, bringing energy and genuine hospitality to our guests each morning. You'll set the tone for the day taking orders, serving delicious food, and creating a warm, memorable experience that reflects QT's playful, design-led personality. This role suits someone reliable, guest-focused, and ready to hit the ground running on early starts.

What You’ll Bring

1+ year of experience as a F&B attendant or waitstaff in a restaurant, bistro or hotel.
Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
Warm, friendly and approachable manor with guest experience at the forefront.
Must be able to carry multiple plates and clear tables.
Ability to work morning shifts across the week.(minimum 20hrs per week)
Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable.
