About Us
Little Amigos Kids Cafe is a family-friendly kids cafe offering play, parties, food and drinks for families with young children. We are looking for a hands-on Cafe Store Manager to support and lead the daily operations of our Penrith store.
This role is suitable for someone with solid cafe or hospitality experience who is confident working in a busy environment, leading a small team, supporting sales growth, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cafe operations and ensure smooth store running
- Lead and support the cafe team during shifts
- Prepare staff rosters and manage shift coverage
- Maintain customer service, cleanliness and store presentation standards
- Support sales growth and daily store performance
- Communicate store issues and improvement ideas to management
Requirements
- Around 2–3 years of experience in a cafe, restaurant or hospitality environment
- Previous store management, team leadership or supervisor experience is preferred
- Confident, hands-on and able to lead a team in a busy environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proactive, reliable and able to work under pressure
- Barista experience is highly regarded
- Available to work weekdays and weekends as required
- Mandarin-speaking ability is highly regarded, as part of our team communication may involve Mandarin
