About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Monarto Safari Resort. This role is a wonderful opportunity for a hospitality professional who prioritises guest experience and luxury service, and who is committed to creating lasting memories for every visitor.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the properties operational activities with a strong focus on enhancing guest experiences and satisfaction

Collaborate closely with department leaders to ensure seamless service across all areas of the resort

Set performance benchmarks that align with our luxury hospitality standards and commit to continuous improvement

Implement and uphold safety protocols and security measures for both guests and staff

Address operational challenges with empathy and professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and personal growth

Maintain open communication with senior leadership to align operational goals and strategies
About You
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in hotel operations, with an emphasis on guest-focused service. A strong understanding of financial management and the ability to create a collaborative and supportive environment for your team are essential.

Extensive experience in hotel/resort operations in a leadership role

Strong financial acumen and the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining quality standards

Knowledge of hotel operations and property management systems

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
