What you'll do

Play a critical role within our contract management team. This is a fast paced role in a dynamic environment suppors the Contract Manager and field teams to deliver horticulture and landscaping projects of the highest quality for our client.

Process and schedule client work requests
Manage contract and client-related documentation
Provide administrative support to Contract Managers
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure works are completed efficiently and effectively
Provide exceptional professionalism and customer service to clients
Handle quotes, invoices, purchase orders and deal with enquiries
Assist with reporting and financials

What you'll bring

5 years' experience in a similar role
Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
Organised, thorough and detail oriented
Great organisation skills and ability to manage shifting priorities
A proactive and customer-oriented approach
