We are actively looking for an amazing member to join our administration team in our fast growing Physiotherapy & Allied Health Practice operating out of two great locations on the Central Coast.
At Optimum Health & Performance we maintain a high standard of practice as leaders in the field of private practice physiotherapy and allied health services. We strive to deliver best care to all of our clients and ensure all team members are supported in the process.
About the role
In this role you will be in charge of the first impression and administration of the practice.
As ‘First Impression’, your role encompasses a range of office and administrative responsibilities that are aimed at ensuring services can be delivered efficiently and effectively as well as contributing to the growth of the business.
In this position you are required to deliver the ‘Wow’ experience through clear and timely communication with every client.
In your administrative role you will be supporting and carrying out tasks as directed to support the delivery of all services, the client experience and the practice functions. It will involve non-client facing tasks to support the management team.
