As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality, seafood-focused dishes that reflect the Nilands' pioneering culinary philosophy. You’ll contribute to the execution of a dynamic menu, mentor junior team members, and ensure service runs with efficiency, precision, and consistency.

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Essential)

Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef

Proven experience running your own section in a premium or high-volume venue

Passion for seafood and an understanding of whole-fish and sustainable cookery

Strong organisational and mentoring skills

Ability to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and events

Valid working rights in Australia

Manual open driver’s licence (preferred)
