About the Role
As a Service Technician or Field Service Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers operating by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural and construction equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing agricultural and construction equipment.

Performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and scheduled servicing.

Conducting equipment inspections and recommending maintenance solutions.

Using advanced diagnostic tools and technology to identify faults.

Completing work orders and service documentation accurately and efficiently.

Preparing new and used equipment for customer delivery.

Delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.

Travelling to customer sites to provide field service support when required.

Participating in ongoing product and technical training.
What You'll Bring
- Mechanical Trade Qualification, Heavy Diesel Qualification, Heavy Equipment Qualification, or currently completing an apprenticeship in one of these trades.

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

Experience working on agricultural machinery, construction equipment, heavy equipment, or diesel engines.
