Hi! I’m Kacie - owner of For All and The Big Clean Co.
The Big Clean Co is a local cleaning business, and For All is a viral cleaning product taking over Australian and New Zealand homes.
A big part of our growth comes from my personal brand and social media presence - I have 1m followers across all my platforms and regular post cleaning/business/life content.
I’m very hands-on with content, filming, and connecting with our community online, and it plays a major role in both businesses.
As we continue to grow I’m looking for a full-time Personal Assistant who can help me stay organised across life, work, and content.
This is not a traditional corporate PA role.
It’s a hands-on, fast-paced support position for someone who is proactive, organised, trustworthy, and enjoys being part of a modern, content-driven business.

What You’ll Be Doing (Life + Work + Content Support) Daily organisation & admin
- Working with our current admin team to keep things in our office running smoothly
- Managing and triaging email inbox
- Creating a daily/weekly overview so nothing slips through
- Booking appointments, scheduling meetings, and managing calendar conflicts
- Drafting replies or organising information for me to approve
- Preparing simple documents, checklists, reminders, and follow-ups
Family & Household Coordination
- Helping manage family schedules, school communications, and activities
- Organising general life logistics
- Running occasional errands (local only + car allowance provided)
- Keeping track of important dates, deadlines, and tasks
Social Media & Content Support
- Working closely with our Social Media team
- Keeping track of upcoming posts + story shares
- Assisting with uploading, scheduling, and organising content
- Supporting behind-the-scenes content and team posts
- Helping manage basic messages, comments, or admin when needed
- Organising raw footage and files so nothing gets lost
- Being comfortable appearing in casual team content from time to time would be a bonus
(You won’t be responsible for strategy or being “the face” - this is support and organisation, not a creator role.)
Business Support (Light Admin)
- Liaising with suppliers or contractors when needed
- Following up emails, messages, or tasks on my behalf
- Helping prepare for filming days, launches, and events
- Assisting with event logistics, meetings, and workshops
(No cleaning, packing orders, or warehouse work - this is purely a support role for me as the founder.)

Requirements:
- Must be able to work full-time, in person
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Comfortable with discretion and confidentiality
- Confident with email, calendars, Google Drive, and basic tech
Experience as a PA/EA is helpful, but not essential if you’re naturally organised, proactive, and switched on.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,400.00 – $70,000.00 per year
