Description:
Why OTs are choosing Kudos:
Clinical Integrity First: Our employee-controlled structure allows us to prioritise sustainable caseloads, evidence-based practice, and quality outcomes - not “billable hours at all costs”.
Collaborative Practice: Say goodbye to working in silos. You’ll work alongside Speech Pathologists, Developmental Educators, and experienced Clinical Leads. Joint sessions and integrated care aren’t just encouraged - they’re part of how we work.
Mentorship That Supports You: Whether you’re early in your career or an experienced clinician, you’ll have access to structured supervision, mentoring, and opportunities to grow your specialist interests over time.
The Mutual Advantage: Because we are employee-controlled, we reinvest back into our people through professional development, clinical support, and better resources for both staff and families.
