Job Description
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help ensure every visit runs smoothly while creating a positive and professional experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.

Managing appointments, recalls, and daily schedules.

Answering phone and email enquiries with professionalism and care.

Maintaining accurate patient records and handling confidential information.

Processing payments and completing general administrative tasks.

Keeping the reception area organised, welcoming, and running efficiently.

Supporting the clinical team with the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll have:

A genuine motivation to build a career in the dental industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to put patients at ease.

Confidence using computers and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Flexibility to work across our practice's operating days and hours as required.

A positive, proactive approach and a commitment to maintaining an efficient front office.

Previous reception, administration, customer service, or dental experience will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
