Personal Trainer | Gympie | Leads + No Rent

No Rent, Ever. Clients Booked For You. Paid Coaching.

Gympie, QLD | Casual | start immediately
$40.17 to $55/hr plus super plus commission, rate based on ongoing client hours
Grow to 20 to 30+ paid hours a week
Coaching Is the Job. The Rest Should Not Be Your Problem.

Pay $300 a week for the privilege of cold calling strangers and hoping one shows up
Play marketer, salesperson, accountant and admin while forgetting why you started
Spend your weekends doing unpaid admin instead of resting or training yourself
The business side is what ends most PT careers early. Not the coaching. The everything else.

Jamie Fitness exists to take all of that off your plate.

A Week In This Role

You walk in, your calendar is full and confirmed, and your assistant has already handled the reminders and follow ups. This month your mentor helped you turn five trial clients into ongoing members. More hours, better pay, zero out of pocket.

That is the job.

Leads booked straight into your calendar. 100+ in your first 12 weeks, while you are at home. We handle the outreach, the convincing and the booking. They show up ready to train.

No marketing to run. We do the ads, the calls and the follow up. You do the sessions.

Weekly 1 on 1 mentoring. 15+ years of experience, every week, at no charge. Your mentor helps you close clients, fix programs and grow your income.

Free gym access. Train yourself and coach your clients with no fees.
