Remuneration: Salary range for Clerk 7/8 is $113,574 – $125,720 pa, plus superannuation and leave loading

The Long Service Corporation is a standalone agency within the Department of Customer Services that reports directly to the Managing Director of Service NSW whilst maintaining its executive agency status.
About the team
The Long Service Corporation (LSC) manages portable long service schemes for the building and construction industry and contract cleaning industry, and is preparing to launch a third scheme for the community services industry (CSI).
You will join the Digital and Program Delivery team. The team is leading the delivery of new portable long service leave schemes, including the development and rollout of the systems and processes needed to administer them. In addition, this team is also responsible for ongoing improvement initiatives ensuring our current schemes and systems continue to evolve and improve.
This role reports to the Senior Salesforce Engineer (Clerk Grade 9/1 and works closely with delivery, business and operational stakeholders across LSC.
Your day-to-day
Design, build and enhance Salesforce solutions in line with established architecture, development standards and security controls.- Support the delivery of digital solutions across the full development lifecycle, including configuration, development, testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with the Senior Salesforce Engineer and broader delivery team to implement system enhancements and platform improvements that meet business and customer needs.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and provide input into solution options, risks and impacts.
- Support system testing activities, including functional testing and defect resolution, to ensure quality and stability.
- Assist with change implementation by adopting new Salesforce features, tools and best
- Contribute to support models and documentation to promote operational consistency and effective knowledge transfer.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce solutions in a complex or enterprise environment.- Eagerness to expand your technical capability outside of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- The ability to balance technical delivery with business and customer needs under guidance from senior engineers.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A willingness to learn, adapt and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Sound technical judgement in identifying issues, escalating risks and supporting long-term platform sustainability.
Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $113574 base plus superannuation
