About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced and motivated Registered Midwives to join our dedicated and high performing team at Griffith Base Hospital. In this pivotal frontline role, you will provide advanced, patient-centred care while exercising clinical judgement, leadership, and professional autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
As the Registered Midwife, you will:
- Provide person-centred, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with professional standards and legislation.
- Conduct patient assessments, contribute to care planning, and evaluate outcomes to support safe and effective care delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to drive optimal patient outcomes and ensure seamless care delivery.
Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and promote a culture of safety and learning.
