About the role

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of a busy fresh food warehouse, ensuring products are received, stored and dispatched safely, accurately and on time.

You'll lead by example, coach and develop your team, drive operational performance and create a culture where safety, accountability and teamwork come first. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you'll ensure our stores receive the fresh, high-quality products our customers expect every day.

What you'll be doing

Lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Team Leaders and Warehouse Assistants.
Oversee receiving, replenishment, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
Drive productivity while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control and FIFO practices.
Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Coach, mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing culture.
Maintain compliance with Workplace Health & Safety, food safety and company procedures.
Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and transport partners.

About you

You'll be an experienced warehouse leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

You'll bring:

Experience leading teams in a warehouse, logistics or FMCG environment.
Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
Excellent communication and decision-making ability.
A focus on safety, quality and operational excellence.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (D365 experience is highly regarded).
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

A Forklift Licence and Food Safety Supervisor certification are highly regarded but not essential.
