We’re looking for an experienced Showroom Manager who can inspire a high-performing sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain a showroom that reflects our premium brand.

About the Role
You’ll take ownership of our showroom and be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the showroom sales team
- Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry through to purchase
- Maintain premium showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Recruit, train and develop showroom staff
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve sales conversion
- Manage daily showroom operations, rostering and team performance
- Work closely with the Marketing team to execute promotions and showroom events
- Resolve escalated customer enquiries professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
About You
You will ideally have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a retail showroom or furniture store
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Passion for furniture, home styling or interior design
- Visual merchandising experience
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience using retail POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Availability to work Saturdays
Highly Regarded
- Furniture or homewares industry experience
- Experience managing premium retail brands
- CRM or NetSuite experience
