This is an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our fast-paced, growing business!

Across Australia, our Pharmacists are dispensing more than 550,000 prescriptions and serving more than 1.5 million customers per week, providing exceptional care and service to local communities.

In this dynamic role, you'll play a crucial part in providing high quality pharmacy services that adhere to the highest industry standards.

The Chemist Warehouse Jindalee Home Shopping Centre team is fun, friendly, and supportive, with a strong focus on working together to provide excellent customer care! Everyone contributes, takes ownership, and helps the team succeed in a fast paced, growing pharmacy where no two days are the same.

The store is modern, large, and busy, with a state-of-the-art dispensary and a break room. It is conveniently located near Coles, McDonalds, GYG, and other local favourites, opposite DFO Jindalee, Good Life Health Club, and Reading Cinemas, with free and easy car parking and public transport access. Team celebrations, service recognition, and a supportive workplace culture make it a place where learning, growth, and fun go hand in hand!

In the Pharmacist role, your primary responsibilities will include:

Accurately and efficiently dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts,
Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations,
Dispensary inventory management and order processing,
Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions,
Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants,
Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.

Job Description

Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration,
Experience working in dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment,
Exceptional customer service and communication skills,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Commercially-astute with business acumen experience and attention-to-detail skills,
Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities, with demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills.
