What Will You Be Doing?

No two days are the same.

You might be:

Supporting someone to attend appointments or community activities
Helping someone build confidence to order a coffee independently
Encouraging fitness, wellbeing and healthy routines
Assisting with shopping, cooking and everyday living skills
Supporting participants to engage in hobbies, interests and social activities such as our Brotherhood and Sistherhood Programs
Building community connections and reducing social isolation
Encouraging participants to achieve personal goals and increase independence

Essential Requirements

Current Driver's Licence
Reliable and insured vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly Regarded

Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Mental Health, Community Services or Aged Care
Experience supporting people with autism, ADHD, psychosocial disability, intellectual disability or physical disability
Relevant lived experience
A proactive and positive attitude

Pay: From $43.23 per hour

Work Location: In person
