About the Role: We're looking for an enthusiastic Site Operative (Laborer) to support our Site Management division. As a Site Operative, you'll assist our site managers with various tasks, moving from one site to another as needed. No specific trade skills are required—just a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation/setup and breakdown of construction sites
Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety standards are met.
Follow safety protocols and work under the supervision of site managers.
Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks as required.

Key Requirements

Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
Willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions.
Basic understanding of construction site safety practices is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Ability to obtain a Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
Current white card, or have the ability to acquire.
