Love desserts? Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen? This could be your dream role

We’re on the hunt for a Gelato Maker to join our production kitchen—someone who brings great energy, a strong work ethic, and a genuine love for creating amazing food. Experience is a bonus, but attitude is everything. If you’re eager to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

You’ll be working behind the scenes in our gelato production kitchen, crafting small-batch gelato and frozen desserts. It’s a hands-on, team-driven role where no two days are the same.

What you’ll be doing

Crafting high-quality gelato, sorbets, and frozen desserts using our recipes
Assisting in daily production to keep up with demand (yes, it gets busy!)
Maintaining stock levels, receiving deliveries, and keeping things organised
Operating and caring for our gelato machines and kitchen equipment
Keeping everything clean, safe, and up to food safety standards
Jumping in front-of-house to serve customers and share your product knowledge
Delivering a fun, welcoming experience to every customer

What we’re looking for

A positive, can-do attitude (this is non-negotiable)
Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team environment
A genuine interest in food, desserts, or kitchen operations
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Willingness to learn and take on feedback
Ability to stay organised and manage your time

Bonus points if you have

Experience in a kitchen, production environment, or dessert space
Familiarity with food safety practices
Confidence with following recipes
