You will use Grant Thornton’s proprietary global audit methodology, the latest technology to drive an efficient and effective audit process to gain a wide range of assurance exposure.
Key responsibilities
Drive independent statutory audits of public listed and unlisted companies, proprietary companies, incorporated associations and other not-for-profit entities and government bodies financial reports
Create complete and accurate audit work papers
Identify and report on client financial risks
Expand your analytical skills to examine clients’ financial statements and ensure they comply with statutory requirements
Investigate difficult technical and application issues to improve client outcomes
Mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to their growth
Skills & experience
Experience in similar Audit & Assurance environment with sound knowledge of IFRS
CA/CPA full qualification or other relevant overseas qualification
Exceptional client relationship skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 per annum inclusive of superannuation.
