Job Description

Greet all guests as they arrive and depart the hotel.
Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage, mail, messages and equipment in an efficient and timely manner.
Escort guests to their room, placing luggage in room.
Ensure the efficient delivery and collection of group luggage.
Be present at the Concierge/Reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.

Qualifications

Previous experience working in a hotel environment preferred.
Good levels of written and spoken English.
Sound knowledge of the local area.
Ability to work a variety of shifts.
Strong focus and passion for hotel operations
