Full Job Description

This is a varied role in a fast-paced environment, combining administration duties with hands-on kitchen support. The successful applicant will be organised, adaptable, and able to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service, food safety, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

General administration, data entry, and answering phone enquiries.
Assisting with meal orders, client records, and daily office tasks.
Supporting the kitchen team with food preparation, packing meals, and cleaning.
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
Working collaboratively with staff and volunteers.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous administration experience with good computer skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to assist across all areas of the service.
Knowledge or experience in the aged care sector will be highly regarded.
Current driver's licence (preferred)
