About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking two Administration Assistants to join our team in Rockhampton:
- 1 x Casual Position – 36 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition to permanent employment.
- 1 x Casual Position – 20-25 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent part-time position.
This is a varied and fast-paced role that offers exposure to a range of administrative functions while supporting the day-to-day operations of our site.
In this Role
- Provide administrative support to the wider team.
- Deliver excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Support stock control and inventory-related processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Perform data entry and general office administration tasks.
- Contribute to a safe and positive workplace culture.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach.
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience is desirable.
- Stock control or inventory experience is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and strong commitment to workplace safety.
