At Goulburn Health Therapy is a rapidly expanding team consisting of multiple allied health disciplines (Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Chiropractors, Podiatrists, Dietitians etc.) providing accessible treatment across multiple locations in Australia. Our goal is to provide an all-inclusive allied health service to local communities around the country. We pride ourselves in delivering quality health services to achieve outstanding care.

Position Details:

Role: Full time
Start Date: ASAP

Professional, friendly, and confident
Team player with the ability to also work independently
Excellent initiative and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
Flexible, dynamic and process driven approach to all aspects of the role

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Customer service experience (required)
Valid Driver's License (desirable)
Previous experience in allied health or medical services (preferred)
Proficiency in PC operations, MS Office, PDF handling, Practice Management tools, and Canva
Attention to detail with a self-driven work ethic

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception duties - welcoming clients, answering phones, responding to emails, processing payments, scheduling appointments using practice management software and answering enquiries
General administrative duties e.g. scanning, filing, typing letters, mail
Coordinating schedules across multiple practitioners and locations
Assisting the Clinical Operations Manager in daily administrative tasks
Overseeing inventory, clinic operations, and financial transactions
