$91,081 - $100,536 salary package - includes base salary ($80,246 - $88,576), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
We currently have 3 x temporary full-time SEE Customer Service Officer roles available till 28th February 2027. We are also seeking to create a Talent Pool, valid for 18 months, which may be used to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies for this role.
As a SEE Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the nationally significant Skills for Education and Employment (SEE). This program provides training in literacy, numeracy, English, and digital skills to help improve employment and study opportunities.
In this dynamic and customer-focused role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and client support services, including managing enquiries, processing registrations, coordinating assessments, and maintaining accurate records. Your contribution will directly enhance the experience of participants and support the operational success of the SEE team.
About You
You are a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency matter. You bring experience in delivering exceptional service, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining high attention to detail. Your strong data entry and computing skills, combined with the ability to navigate corporate systems, ensure smooth administrative processes.
You communicate effectively and can confidently liaise with clients from diverse backgrounds. Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing positive client experience are essential.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience working in a customer focused environment, requiring flexibility and the ability to proactively solve problems and present a professional image to clients and the public.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy in providing information and entering data in a high-volume working environment.
- Experience applying a range of keyboard, data entry and computing skills and using corporate systems.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with clients with varying levels of English language proficiency.
