Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

The purpose of this job…

Is to play a vital role in the effective running of Support the Practice Manager in driving smooth operations, team leadership, and performance. Help with recruitment, staff development, goal-setting, and financial management. Take charge in the Manager’s absence, ensuring staff performance, effective communication, and compliance with company standards.

What you’ll need to make it possible…

Strong leadership and administrative skills, with the ability to manage recruitment, team meetings, and step in for the Practice Manager as needed.
Proven experience in people and business management, with a solid understanding of financial performance, budgets, and daily operations.
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills (no dental experience required).
Confident in managing patient interactions, including appointments, enquiries, accounts, and payments, while taking responsibility and making decisions.
