Job title: SOUS CHEFS, SENIOUR CHEF DE PARTIES & COOKS

Location: The Davo, 19 murna rd davistown.
Salary: 63k to 80k +super
paid overtime
Modern club environment.
Strong team and stable position available.
Summary: Create high-quality dishes in our new team. Use your passion & experience as a Chef to enhance customer experiences and evolve our offering.

About the role

The Davo, is a modern brasserie specialising in Australian cuisine, open for lunch and dinner focused on using high-quality produce, changing the menu with the seasons and keeping up with new food trends. We are looking for a experienced Chef's to join our new team and grow within the role! your working duties and responsibilities will include:

Input toward menu's
input towards chef specials
Train and supervise over 5 staff (if in sous chef roll)
Enforce and follow all HACCP Rules
Ensuring all safe food practices are maintained
Produce innovative and delicious food experiences.

Skills and experience

Prior experience as a Chef in a comparable brasserie/restaurant
Proven experience leading kitchen staff
Passion for food!
