Job Description

Join us at Gosford East OSHClub, as an Assistant Coordinator, ready to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent, part-time role offers 24 hours per week. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

The role is designed for someone ready to step up and develop as a leader. With support from experienced regional managers and a dedicated state office team, you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while making a genuine impact in your local school community.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite
Build your confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration
Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences
Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community
Develop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities

Qualifications

Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
State working-with-children check
Australian working rights
National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
Working towards or completed a relevant qualification as per ACECQA
