ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a senior registered nurse preferably with experience in either disability, community, or rehabilitation to provide clinical leadership within Unisson. The responsibilities of the position include:

Training and support: Developing and conducting education with staff in NDIS-aligned care. Assessing supervisors' competency in medication management.

Care coordination and monitoring: Conducting assessments and monitoring care plans. Tracking medical incidents and medication errors.

Clinical practice leadership: Leading clinical practice’s and guiding support workers and service managers. Promoting health and support preventive care initiatives.

Health care planning: working to personalised care plans, including complex needs. Ensuring external support plans comply with NDIS standards.

Collaboration with teams: Working closely with teams to ensure high-quality care and compliance with NDIS standards.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Registration: Current Authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA

Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience within the disability, aged care or healthcare sector
