About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing infrastructure team. You will play a key role in the planning, design, delivery, and supervision of civil infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on road construction, pavement works, and local government/major roads projects.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review reports for road, pavement, and drainage infrastructure
- Undertake site investigations, inspections, and quality control during construction phases
- Manage project documentation, variations, progress claims, and compliance with relevant standards (Austroads, RMS/TfNSW, local council specs)
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Provide technical support and mentoring to junior engineers and site teams
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
- Minimum 3–8+ years’ post-graduate experience in civil infrastructure/road construction projects
- Experience preparing technical reports, specifications, and contract documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Current Australian driver’s licence and White Card (or willingness to obtain)
Highly desirable/good to have
- Practical experience in asphalt pavement works – including mix design, laying, compaction, quality testing, and defect rectification
- Exposure to road rehabilitation, asphalt overlay projects, or pavement maintenance programs
- Familiarity with pavement materials testing and performance assessment

Pay: $70,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
