About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Data Centre Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP) PMO team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid project delivery experience who’s ready to step into larger, more complex infrastructure projects across high-growth data centre environments.
You’ll be hands-on across delivery, working on Tier 1 construction sites and live operational data centres, while building strong commercial, technical, and stakeholder management capability.

With strong growth across key data centre customers, we’re expanding our PMO to support medium to large-scale, mission-critical projects. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects successfully while developing your experience in complex, high-value environments.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead delivery of medium-scale projects (with exposure to larger programs over time)

Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to Schneider standards (CPP)

Coordinate schedules, resources, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple projects

Support project financials including forecasting, cost control, and margin management

Work closely with site teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive outcomes

Contribute to presentations and reporting for customers and leadership

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction
(External) English Qualifications:
What You Bring
-
6+ years’ project management experience, ideally in data centres, construction, engineering, or infrastructure

Experience delivering projects in site-based or live environments
-
Exposure to project financials, reporting, and scheduling

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

Understanding of Australian construction environment (including subcontractors/IR – preferred)

Trade (Electrical/Refrigeration) or degree-qualified (or equivalent experience)

PMP (or similar) or willingness to work towards certification
