About this Position:

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Finance Officer to provide essential financial and administrative support across the Finance Department. This role plays a key part in delivering efficient accounts receivable services, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that support organisational objectives

What we trust you to deliver:

Deliver accurate and timely invoicing, debt collection, and accounts receivable services.
Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders through responsive and professional service.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity across debtor accounts and related registers.
Identify and support improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer outcomes.

What you will need to be successful:

Experience in accounts receivable, finance administration, or a similar finance support role.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and working collaboratively within a team.
Computer literacy skills and high levels of accuracy with data entry.
Certificate III in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience highly regarded.

Full position description: -

Full Time 70 hours a fortnight

Salary: A salary range from $1,353.60 (Grade 9 Entry) per week + superannuation
