Full Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our Business Advisory team in Goondiwindi. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, prepared to work in the office full-time, and ready to provide excellent client service.

Your role, your contribution!

Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and preparing financial packages
Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service
Communicate with accountants, partners and other staff to ensure exceptional service delivery to support them in servicing client requests
