As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Team Manager to support our Director and Co-Agent and help keep every property campaign running seamlessly from listing through to settlement.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that would suit someone who thrives on organisation, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys being the backbone of a successful sales team.
About the Role
Working closely with our Director and Co-Agent, you will oversee the day-to-day administration and coordination of property listings and sales campaigns, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing sales advices, contracts and addendums
- Coordinating all listing and sales administration
- Managing marketing campaigns and property launches
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors and conveyancers
- Providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Managing documentation and ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Assisting with campaign coordination from listing through to settlement
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day operational requirements
- Ensuring all systems, databases and records are maintained accurately
- Helping drive smooth workflows and high service standards
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in residential real estate administration
- Holds current South Australian real estate qualifications
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Professional, proactive and solutions-focused
- A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Experienced using real estate CRM systems
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences
