About Success Tutoring:

Success Tutoring is a fast-growing tutoring community dedicated to helping students build confidence, improve results, and develop strong learning habits. Our centres focus on motivation, mentorship, and academic success, creating a supportive environment where students can thrive.

Our team is made up of passionate university students and educators who are committed to building strong relationships with students and delivering outstanding academic support.

Success Tutoring provides tutoring across English, Mathematics and a range of secondary subjects for students from Kindergarten to Year 12.

Role:

As a tutor, you will play an important role in mentoring and supporting students to reach their academic potential.

Responsibilities include:

Specialising in Mathematics Methods or Mathematics Specialist or Advanced Maths or Maths Extension 1 or 2
Specialising in Advanced English
Supporting and mentoring students in English and Mathematics (Kindergarten to Y12)
Assisting students with homework and curriculum learning
Monitoring student progress and completing learning reports
Preparing weekly homework and study material
Communicating with parents or guardians regarding student progress
Attending team meetings and training sessions each term

What we are looking for:

Currently studying or completed a Bachelor's degree at university
Strong Year 12 results / ATAR (or equivalent)
Valid Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) — or willingness to obtain one
Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for education
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate students
