MINERAL RESOURCES – VILLAGE OPERATION

Are you an experienced Refrigeration Technician looking for the next challenge in your career? Come and be involved in the next chapter of our lithium story.

We’re exploring lithium opportunities in the Goldfields-Esperance region. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in the future of lithium production both at MinRes and globally. Join us and be part of something being built from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial refrigeration systems across our state-of-the-art facilities
Conduct preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance
Diagnose complex cooling system issues and implement effective solutions
Work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support our world-class operation

What We're Looking For:

Trade qualification in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning or equivalent experience
Current refrigerant handling license (ARCTick certification preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
