About Us

Expose Signs is a well-established signage company based in Southport, Queensland, delivering high-quality signage solutions to businesses across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on producing and installing signage to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service and a strong team culture.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Sign Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently, takes pride in their workmanship, and can also collaborate effectively with others.

The successful applicant will have experience installing a wide range of signage products and be trusted to represent our company professionally on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Installation of various signage types including:
Building signs
Illuminated signage
Vinyl graphics
Vehicle graphics and wraps
Window signage
Directional and wayfinding signage
Reading and interpreting installation drawings and specifications
Working safely at heights using ladders, EWP’s and access equipment
Maintaining a clean and professional worksite
Communicating effectively with clients and team members
Ensuring all installations meet company quality standards
Loading, transporting and caring for signage products and installation equipment

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience installing a broad range of signage products
Ability to work independently and manage installations without supervision
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and well organised
Trustworthy and professional in all client interactions
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Current Australian Driver’s Licence (essential)
White Card (essential)
EWP, Working at Heights or other relevant tickets highly regarded
