About the Role
As a Family Law Paralegal, you will work closely with our solicitors across a wide range of family law matters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting legal correspondence and court documents
- Managing client files and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
- Assisting solicitors with case preparation and administrative support
- Managing appointments, deadlines, and file organisation
- Providing compassionate and professional support to clients during sensitive matters
About You
- Previous experience working in family law is preferred
- Strong understanding of family law processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Professional, compassionate, and approachable manner
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in family law
- Strong administrative and document management skills
- Proficiency in legal practice management systems
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
