About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Rise Early Learning Surfers Paradise as a Room Leader, where you will be responsible for bringing leadership, structure, and consistency to the room while delivering meaningful learning experiences for children. In this role, you will effectively lead daily practice, guide routines, and contribute to high-quality documentation. You will work alongside a collaborative team where you will be valued, and your professional growth and career development continually supported.
The salary for this role ranges from $76,000 to $80,000 + Superannuation.

Essential Criteria:
- Valid Blue Card
- Strong demonstrated understanding of contemporary child safe practices, including child safeguarding responsibilities
- Available for full-time work across service operational days and hours (Monday to Friday 7am- 6pm), with flexibility as required
- Solid proven experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, especially as a Room/Team Leader/Lead Educator
- ACECQA approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Food Safety training, with a certificate to be provided*
- Current Child Protection training, including a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk, with evidence to be provided*
- Current Child Safety training (Geccko), with a certificate to be provided*
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training undertaken at own cost, with certificate/s to be provided, to fulfil Responsible Person role*
* To be completed prior to your first working shift.
