We are seeking an exceptionally organized, energetic, excellent English and high-standard Lead Nanny & Family Assistant to take ownership of our home and child’s routine.
This is a true "owner-mindset" role. You are not just a helper—you are a crucial partner in maintaining a seamless, high-functioning home. We are looking for someone who takes immense pride in their work, multitasks effortlessly, and treats our home and children with the same devotion, care, and standards as their own.
Key Responsibilities
Early Childhood Engagement: Lead daily, age-appropriate, screen-free development for a 1-year-old. Plan and execute sensory games, motor skill activities, and structured daily routines in advance.
Home & Room Resets: Daily reset of all rooms to showroom standard. Perfect bed-making, toy sorting/organization and sanitization of bathrooms (including mirrors, shower glass, scrubbing grout, and clearing drains).
Full Family Meal Prep: End-to-end preparation of all daily meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the entire family, maintaining high nutrition and cleanliness standards.
Kitchen & Storage Maintenance: Complete hand-washing and immediate drying of all cookware/dishes (no dishwasher used). Keep the pantry, fridge, drawers, and cupboards continuously organized and immaculately clean.
Full Family Laundry: Full-cycle laundering (washing, drying, folding, steaming and putting away) for all family members with meticulous garment care.
What We Are Looking For
High Efficiency & Initiative: You naturally see what needs to be done without being asked. You move fast, manage your time seamlessly during nap times, and maintain peak focus without personal phone distractions.
Uncompromising Standards: High attention to detail in cleaning, organization, meal prepping and child safety.
Active Engagement: A warm, energetic presence who actively engages and promotes speech with a toddler through tactile play and creative activities rather than passive supervision.
