Redcape Hospitality is looking for a Gaming Attendant to join the team at The Wattle Hotel in Upper Coomera.

This role suits someone who enjoys looking after customers, can stay switched on during busy shifts and takes pride in keeping the gaming floor running smoothly.

You’ll be guided by clear expectations, training and supportive in-venue leadership as you build your confidence in gaming.

About the role

As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll work closely with the Gaming Manager and wider venue team to provide attentive, professional and compliant service across the gaming floor.

What you’ll be doing

Provide fast, friendly and professional service across the gaming floor
Deliver drinks responsibly in line with RSA requirements
Follow RSG requirements, including harm minimisation practices
Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environment
Assist with customer queries, service requests and busy trade periods

What we’re looking for

You’re warm, friendly and genuinely enjoy looking after customers
You can stay calm, organised and upbeat during a busy shift
You’re comfortable juggling customer service, floor awareness and competing priorities
You have hospitality experience, ideally in a pub, gaming or similar venue
You’re confident handling cash, balancing tills and following cash control procedures
You hold a current RSA and RSG; Keno experience and CLO are highly regarded but not essential, training will be provided for the right candidate
