Your typical day as a Business Analyst may include:
- Utilising data analysis tools to extract and analyse Call Centre and collections data, facilitating the development of reports to articulate business needs, to enable the development of strategies and operational solutions.
- Collaborating with Senior Management and technology teams to design and improve processes according to business requirements and timeframes.
- Analysing and challenging practices and procedures to improve operational effectiveness based on current and emerging industry trends.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Experience with analytics tools and platforms such as Microsoft BI stack (Power BI, Excel, PowerApps, Power Automate), Genesys, eMite, or similar is highly regarded.
- Experience with statistical forecasting methods such as Erlang C is highly regarded.
- Knowledge of Paginated Report Builder, Azure BI, SQL Server, Tableau, Databricks, or similar is highly desirable.
- Experience in interpreting requests, preparing detailed data, and presenting timely information, including the creation and validation of complex reports, submissions, and documentation.
- An ability to take initiative, apply sound judgment, understand different perspectives and communicate effectively when developing solutions with others.
