About the Role
We’re looking for someone who combines strong project leadership with highly efficient, hands-on Revit capability and the technical knowledge to confidently lead projects through design, documentation and delivery.
You’ll work closely with our Project Directors, leading project teams, coordinating consultants and clients, managing documentation and helping ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate architectural projects from design through documentation and delivery
Plan and manage project teams, resources, timelines and deliverables
Work closely with the Project Director to establish project briefs, programs and resourcing requirements
Provide day-to-day leadership and technical direction to architects, graduates and designers
Take an active, hands-on role in Revit and project documentation, ensuring documentation is accurate, coordinated and delivered efficiently
Coordinate external consultants across structural, mechanical, electrical and other disciplines
Manage client communication and maintain strong working relationships throughout the project
Review documentation and maintain quality assurance standards
Monitor project progress, budgets, variations and key milestones
Identify and resolve technical, coordination and project delivery issues
Mentor and support junior team members while creating a collaborative and productive project environment
What We’re Looking For
Highly efficient and proficient Revit skills – essential
Strong BIM, technical detailing and documentation capability
Demonstrated experience leading architectural projects and project teams
Relevant sector experience across retail, multi-residential, townhouses and/or hotels
Strong understanding of construction methodology, building codes and planning requirements
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and complex documentation packages
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and project resources effectively
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues before they impact delivery
Confident communication skills and experience working directly with clients and consultants
Experience in contract documentation, tender and construction stages will be highly regarded
Architectural registration in Australia (or working towards it).
Must have permanent working rights in Australia.
