- Previous experience in gardening, horticulture, landscaping, grounds maintenance or a similar industry is highly regarded—but not essential.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- White Card (essential).
- Current driver's licence (preferred).
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check where required.
