About the Role

We’re seeking a dedicated full-time Sterilisation Nurse to join our Gold Coast team. Your role will be vital in maintaining the highest standards of infection control and sterilisation, ensuring safe and seamless patient care every day.

You will:

Manage the sterilisation and preparation of dental instruments in line with ADA and infection control standards
Oversee the cleaning, disinfecting, packaging, and storage of all instruments and equipment
Maintain meticulous sterilisation logs, compliance records, and documentation
Support the clinical team by preparing trays and instruments for patient procedures
Ensure the sterilisation room and equipment remain organised, safe, and fully operational

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have prior experience in sterilisation and infection control (desirable but not essential)
Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent with sterilisation experience (desirable but not essential)
Are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining strict hygiene standards
Can work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium clinic environment
Bring a proactive attitude, great teamwork, and a passion for patient safety
