Full Job Description

The Company

Clear Claims is a family run Claims Consulting company specializing in handling home insurance claims on behalf of the home owner after storm events. With a growing client base, the company is in need of a Claims Consultant to join the team. Our office is located on the southern Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with a diverse array of people.

- Provide clear, accurate and timely responses via email and in company apps.

- Show initiative in completing tasks without face to face management.

- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanour at all times.

- Provide leadership and support where required to other roles as part of the team.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- A confident and friendly approach to interacting with clients and team members.

- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Preferred but not essential:

Prior experience with claims consulting
