What’s the role?
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician or Automotive Electrician to join our Nerang Calibration Centre, to service the Tweed region.
You will be required to travel to our customer sites to carry out vehicle inspections to ensure all vehicles are returned to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications. Your key responsibilities include:
Perform detailed vehicle inspections to exact standards
Conduct pre- and post-repair road tests
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
Carry out repairs as required
Perform calibration of vehicle safety and driver assistance systems
Complete module coding and programming
Ensure all vehicles meet OEM specifications prior to handover
Is this you?
ADAS is looking for our next driven technician that brings a self-motivating, can-do attitude when connecting with customers, team members and suppliers. We’re looking for Technicians that:
Hold a Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology (or equivalent) – essential
Have 5+ years’ industry experience, ideally within a main dealer or recognised aftermarket environment
Demonstrate strong capability in diagnosing and inspecting vehicles to OEM standards
Hold a current Australian Class C Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record
Have experience driving a long wheelbase vehicle
Hold HEV and/or BEV accreditation (highly desirable)
Take pride in delivering high-quality work and exceeding customer expectations
