You’re an experienced B2B telesales professional who knows how to pick up the phone, build rapport quickly, uncover opportunities, and confidently close.

You have proven experience selling over the phone in a B2B environment and are comfortable speaking with business owners, office managers, IT managers, and decision-makers.

You’re not afraid of cold calling. In fact, you thrive on it.

Turn conversations into qualified opportunities

Your Role

This is a phone-based new business development role focused on generating opportunities and closing new business across WA and Australia.

You’ll spend your day proactively engaging businesses, identifying pain points, presenting tailored solutions, and building strong relationships with decision-makers.

Your focus will be:

Prospecting and cold calling
Booking appointments and generating opportunities
Presenting solutions over phone and online meetings
Following up and nurturing pipeline
Closing deals and exceeding targets

Key Responsibilities

Proactively prospect and cold call new business opportunities
Generate and qualify leads through outbound activity
Handle inbound enquiries and convert opportunities
Engage directly with business owners and decision-makers
Present tailored office technology solutions
Manage the sales process from first contact through to close
Exceed monthly sales and KPI targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings
